Dallas will have a problem with LA this year because they can't hide Terry on Fisher at the end of games now.

Sessions is too fast for Terry and since West won't replace Terry to close out games I don't see how dallas can beat LA in close games come playoff time.

Ideally you'd want Marion on Kobe since he's done a fantastic job on him for the last 2-3 years. But now with Sessions the Lakers have that 2nd guy who can beat you off the dribble and the only Mavs defender capable of keeping him in front of them is West.

West isn't a closer so that hurts Dallas late in games defensively vs LA.

Also, Dirk has shot poorly vs the Lakers all year not sure what the problem is but unless Dirk gets his act together they don't stand a chance in hell of stealing a game in LA this year

Mavs might be better off dropping to the 7th seed and playing San Antonio because i'm still not convinced the Spurs will be that great come playoff time. Plus both of Dallas young players Roddy B and B.Wright physically can matchup better vs the Spurs than they do vs Lakers.

That's a pretty honest assessment. To be fair, this isn't nowhere near the Dallas team of last season. But you are pretty spot on about hiding Terry with Fish when he was still with us.

Sessions is something we desperately needed (and Drew kept clamoring for hehe) and he does change the dynamic quite a bit when we play Dallas now. The regular season means nothing to me once the playoffs start so I take the Lakers sweeping Dallas this season 4-0 with a grain of salt.

Nice win for the Lakers. I DVR'd the game so I had to watch the fourth quarter & OT, I left the house late in the third. Barnes and Ron Ron really stepping their games up as of late, I hope that trend continues going into the playoffs.

I know Brown has some kinda secret infatuation with Blake and continues playing him quite a bit. To be fair to Blake he has been playing better lately and actually hitting a few timely threes. I don't know why it is he plays Glock so little (if at all), but now that the playoffs are almost upon us I feel like it's not the right time to mesh him in with minutes. I wouldn't be surprised to see Ebanks relegated to little or no PT once Kobe returns.

Again, nice win Lakers.
