Rivers said he had a long talk with McGrady, and T-Mac mentioned early retirement.

Rivers dismissed it, adding, "Yeah, T-Mac told me that.

"When you're struggling, you think the world's coming to an end. We forget he's 24.

"This is probably the best lesson for him in his young care
Seriously though we all know T-Mac is not going to end his carrer,but why does he go out say that to media? I truly hope he gets out of this slump soon because its really taking its tone on him mentally.

i wonder if my parents like to go to work everyday, maybe theyll retire next year...
i hate this,... if my team pays me major bucks, ill play every night to the max, ill play
injured, ill play as long as i can muddafuggin play!!
i he cant do it for himself, he should do it for the people that pay him...

i may be old fashioned as hell but: AT LEAST he should do it because he was given the chance,..
this man is one the most talented players in the world today,.. i kinda would be blasphemy to quit!
