Yeah, I've heard they'll pay him 5M the first two years and then once the third comes there going to figure out how to get rid of his big expiring contract.

They'll deal with it later is what I've heard

          Pretty sure he got banned.

That's a lot of dough to pay a pretty marginal center.

I guess they hope they can move Asik in a year like Orlando did with Gortat.

So are we suggesting that writers never lie for a story either? Lol How many "sourced" story's turn out to be crap?

Just made a 4 word post man, the whole deal can work both ways- in this case, i'm taking Lin, who seems like a stand up dudes word for it.

EDIT- sourced story's about how someone "feels" are pretty much the worst, lol...word to Deron
Definitely not suggesting that and you know that. Couldn't even suggested that if I wanted to as long as Chris Broussard is alive. However I was just pointing out didn't make much sense to jump out immediately with the clowning of the writer post. Nash was a stand up dude too and we see how that went. Dwight was stand up too. So is Ray Allen and he's in South Beach in part because of hurt feelings. Like I said, not saying anything either way but break out the 'I told you so-esque' post just because Lin is denying the report is a little premature.

So we get rid of the guy who makes the pass, but give a pay raise to the guy who misses the FTs?

This offseason is not looking like the Bulls plan to compete next year.

The bottom line is, you believe more of the story's out there than me, and that's ok. I don't mind you or anyone else making jokes after an unsubstantiated report, and you should pay me no mind likewise lol....especially after a light jab like I threw...

Most figured with Rose out at least until the All Star break, that the Bulls wouldn't be competing.

They're just going the cheap route so they don't have to pay a lot of the luxury tax next year.

If they get Redd and Asik then they have at least two people at each position, and they need only 1 more after to reach the 12 man limit. Most likely Scalabrine or if they acquire someone in a trade for Korver.

Because you can have all the youth you want, but if you don't have smart veterans on the team, none of it will be worth a damn.

Very true, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Redd is showing loyalty in a sense to a team that wanted him.

However I'm also surprised that he hasn't had more attention from contenders

Knicks on the verge of signing Argentinian PG Pablo Prigioni. Prigioni will sign for the rookie minimum.

Though 35 Prigioni can ball. Another solid addition for the my Knicks

I love when international players sign hope they can all make an imprint this year

Is that the same guy where his agent or coach said he could average 20 assists with his eyes closed?
