I'd rather have the Bulls get Webster than Redd if he is on their radar now.

And the Bulls have a $5M TPE now, I wonder if they'll use it...

        From John Hollinger's twitter:

@johnhollinger: Only way I can make sense of Minn. involvement in Korver trade is if Ellington is going to Chicago.

@johnhollinger: Bulls, by the way, now keep their taxpayer MLE open if they want to use it. Which they may not ....

Everything is shaping up really well.

          Brewer - gone
          Watson - gone
          Korver - traded in S&T

          Left

          Asik - don't match
          Terrence Williams - sign

Wonder if that means they won't want Calderon now.

Really hope Bulls end up with Wayne Ellington instead of a 2nd round pick.

I doubt they look at T-Will, but if he put in the work he could honestly be an andre Igoudala type of player. He has the body/athleticism to be an elite defender especially in Thibs system, and he could give you 12-13 points a game like Iggy did last season. Thing is, I don't think he will put in the work.

But who knows? Maybe being around Rose, Noah, Deng, Taj, Thibs etc. their infectious work ethics will rub off onto him...

Brand is quite a pick up, especially at that price

                He can play some D

"In fact, according to Synergy tracking, there are 39 players who have defended at least 100 post-up plays this season, and Brand ranks first in points allowed per post-up play (0.582). And it's not really close. The distance between Brand and the second-ranked player Marc Gasol (.664) is the about the same distance between Gasol and the 13th-ranked playerSamuel Dalembert (.750). Opponents going against Brand in the post have shot an abysmal 31 percent on their field goals, but more importantly, Brand plays them clean, as they earn a trip to the free throw line only once every 20 tries. For reference, players going against Howard go to the line four times as often as Brand."

LOL @ Morey trying to troll Jimmy D. by offering Lin a Poison Pill in the 3rd year.

The money Lin will bring-in covers the tax Dolan will be paying in that 3rd year..

WTF. Couldn't we just save that 6 mill for a rainy day instead? Maybe Doug is trying to make amends to Kwame for how he allegedly coached/berated him in Washington(Based on book " Nothing Else Matters" about MJ's years in Washington). He's a serviceable big.Oh well............Kwame Brown......Yesss!. This is our year....

EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.

Kwame is a solid player. He was playing well for my Warriors before he got injured.

And at $3m a year that's a steal really. Compare that to a guy like Asik who got paid $8m per year. I would rather have Kwame for his price.

I'll take your word for it fluent on Kwame. Amazing about Asik getting that kind of cash...supply and demand rules in sports especially when you are 7'+.

Elton was a very underrated defender. He is also a solid shot blocker. I don't have a problem with the Kwame signing just as long as him and Hawes aren't both starting.

Marc Jackson loved Kwame before he got injured. Warriors even wanted to bring him back this year but it didn't happen. I wish him luck in Philly.
