OJ to Dallas?? They are salvaging nicely. Even though I'm not the biggest OJ fan, he can still fit a role. It'll be interesting to see if they can give Dirk enough support.

I think a guy should have at least two consecutive off-years before we start burying him.

Ellington was a shooter in HS, a shooter at UNC and was a shooter in his first two years as a pro. He's definitely categorized as a shooter, haha. He just happened to have an off year.. but that rotation was a mess.

On Memphis I think it still might be shaky in terms of minutes, but they've long needed an outside threat. Ellington's calling card has been his outside shooting for his entire life..

Yeah, I'm just pissed because Courtney Lee is like a rich mans Keith Bogans, he can defend and shoot threes really well, but he can't create his own shot. Something that Mayo would have potentially given us.

Lee is kind of like Afflalo. My guess is that the Suns get him, and that we end up with Brandon Rush...

Gery Woelfel: Hearing Nuggets seriously discussing amnestying Chris Andersen. Has 2 years, $9M left on contract.
I saw this earlier on Twitter, and since noone has mentioned this yet, I'll toss it out there. No clue if it's true or not or anything. Think NO would be interested? He did play for them once before, and we still need a Center.

And just a week ago, the Mavs were having the worst offseason in NBA History.

Oh god I hope we didn't overpay for Mayo. I like the guy as a player, but having him as a burden of a contract is no good.

This season is definitely looking interesting though, if we got Mayo for less than what we would've paid JET I'll be happy, dude is a solid player and he's a shooter.

I don't know if Chris got back into drugs and partying but he has been a shell of his former self... or if it's the injuries...

It's kinda sad to see him now. I wonder what happened with the whole child sex thing investigation??

I doubt it, Terry got the MLE. Mayo wanted 8M per year, and this signing was out of the blue, so my guess is he is making more than Terry.

I don't know if its Chicago not trying hard to get anyone or do players just don't want to come here?!

I know some Bulls fans would be against this. But if were gonna use the full MLE, I'd rather try to split it between some players than give it all to Courtney Lee.

I don't know how much these guys want, but I would rather try to get CJ Miles and Terrence Williams together instead of Lee by himself.

Both are 25, gives us some wing depth. And T-Will has some potential on both ends of the court so if he works out for cheap (unlikely) it's a steal, but if he doesn't then oh well...
