*Waits for Bynums legs to fall off next year*Lakers get Dwight, give up Bynum. I don't know, blame the other two teams involved for Lakers getting **** handed to them and completely coming out like bandits in this trade. They still gave up their starting center, probably the best or second best center in the conference.
Blame Orlando for taking such a **** package. You couldn't even script a worse trade for them.
Who the **** trades a franchise center and get's back protected first round picks. WTF kind of piss poor decision making is that?Comment

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012 (All Transactions 1st Page)
They blocked that trade on the grounds that Kevin Martin and Luis Scola was a crap deal that makes the team a mediocre 8 seed with no upside.
Also because they OWNED THE HORNETS. So they had veto power the same way Tom Benson does now.
NBA owns no teams right now.
Don't see what hte big deal is. It's debatable whether how much Howard is better than Bynum, if at all. At least Bynum can hit a FT.Comment

Completely agree with OKC, that team still scares me.Miami and OKC are still more complete teams and should be ahead of LAL in terms of favorites.
Both of those teams have multiple players entering their primes.
LAL no doubt becomes top 3 but Kobe, Pau and Nash are aged. They had the worst bench in the league last year and added Jamison to help. Still aren't the favorites.
What more is that they're young as hell.Comment

Makes me wonder what Mitch ends up doing with the M.L.E.Comment

Hennigan is trying to pull of a Sonics/Thunder, but the sonics had high picks because their best players aged and left, Hennigans plan would work if this was the Pistons, but the Magic had someone and could have gotten plenty more from Houston or Brooklyn, you can't say Lopez is bad when the best player you get in a trade is Afflalo who I don't think has any potential to do what Lopez could if he stayed healthyNative Georgian. Jameer made an all star game. Courtney Lee played well his rookie year and was in the trade for Ryan Anderson, who they developed. JJ Redick developed a nice career, so I wouldn't say that.

Nash/D-Ho PnR is going to be worth the price of admission alone. Wow.
I don't think ORL made out too badly...4 players, 3 picks and some cap relief considering they get nothing next year. No one knows just how legit those other offers actually were. The Cavs have said repeatedly that they weren't in any serious talks to facilitate other rumored deals...Hank's Custom Collectibles 3D printer/painter extraordinaireComment
