Then I'm not exactly sure what the point of your post was.

You are saying he had convictions until he made his decision and then he didn't care about them? I'm not exactly sure what you are saying here.

Either way, no, I'm not losing sleep over this.

DC Assault was/is one of the best AAU Teams in the country. I think every or most players from the DMV that are in the NBA played for them at some point.

Clearly hard. Especially by the fact that his agent, publicist and everyone else from his camp is basically praising Nash for being such a great man by doing this.

What would celebrating America's birthday be without a Benedict Arnold reenactment? Then again, he is Canadian. Perhaps we should have seen this coming.

Lol man this is hilarious but it is a but harsh lol

Just sayin, thought it'd be harder to make a decision to come to the Lakers than just one phone call from Kobe.

Dude should have at least held out for Rick Fox.

Let it go because nash going to La puts you in full retraction mode

Especially when you tried to use those same quotes from nash to try to prove your point a week ago

The bolded is why I threw my hands up.

PHX wasn't sending Nash to Toronto or NY strictly for draft picks.

The statement Nash released tonight was just the icing on the cake. He basically said the PHX GM did him a favor.

@ArashMarkazi: Mavs already hated the Odom trade they made. They hate it more now knowing Lakers got Nash with their trade exception.
                          And this LOL:

                          Not Bill Walton ‏@NotBillWalton

After the big deal, Steve Nash received a call from Lakers coach Mike Brown. He quickly put the phone on mute. Wow, Nash really is a Laker!

Based off the quote I read, I don't see it. Truthfully I think alot of players would like to play for the Lakers, put their pride gets in the way. Glad to Nash was able to overcome his gripes with L.A

I do find it weird that someone connected to Phoenix said they didn't think they could get Iman, so they decided to go with the Lakers offer. Wasn't the exact wording, much less certain. Seemed to me that the Suns just wanted to make Nash happy, which is a stupid way to run a franchise. Oh well, whatever.

It's almost as if they returned a favor to him for staying loyal all those years and not asking for a trade.. played his *** off every year despite their less than stellar management.
