Even though I wouldn't enjoy seeing him in a NYK uniform, the fit with the team is great. Brewer is an awesome perimeter defender, any Bulls fan can tell you his shot is much improved since he has confidence in his game, and he plays the best baseline offense in the league.

How is NY's cap situation looking.

What the **** do people think is going to happen? Houston and Orlando just going to switch rosters in one mega trade?

Houston is under the cap so they can eat some bad contracts from the Magic while giving draft picks in return, Magic get cap relief and picks to rebuild so that beats the Nets deal easily IMO.

Not good unfortunately. Brewer was scheduled to make $4M. The Knicks can't come close to paying that out.

Our only chip is to try and work a S&T with CHI for the contract of Dan Gadzuric.

I don't see the Bulls biting on that unfortunately.

Damn 2010 seems so far away right now. I'm a guy with patience with what my team does, but it's not a bright move to sit around basically planning for two years from now and basically doing nothing for two years. Jerry wouldn't pay the luxury tax for Pau Gasol back in '09 because we 'weren't ready to win a championship' at the time but we'll go into stiffer luxury tax territory for Asik? WTF is wrong with this picture?

The way I feel right now.

Calderon wants to be traded. Minus his big contract, he's actually a fairly good PG. Could a team like Mavs want him since Kidd and Terry are gone, and they lost out on Nash as well?

What do people see as a good deal for Calderon? At this point, I think Raptors would only want/need a SF or a draft pick(they obviously need more to become a good team, but if everyones taking their talents to the top cities in the USA, Raptors won't be apart of getting good players)

Cavs need to jump on Scola. Scola and Andy on the same team would drive teams NUTS.

Mavs possibly in the hunt for Jose Calderon and Luis Scola depending on the Elton Brand situation.

I like where this is going.

Collison and Calderon at point? Me gusta.

I'm assuming any deal would involve Roddy Beaubois and likely Dominique Jones.
