If the bulls are Hard Capped I believe they cannot do S&T.
EDIT:Sent from my Awesome Phone via TapatalkIf the apron becomes a team's hard cap, it cannot exceed the apron under any circumstance. If the team subsequently needs to sign a player (for example, to replace injured players) it must first create room under the apron by waiving player(s) with non-guaranteed salary, waiving player(s) with guaranteed salary and utilizing the stretch provision, trading downward in salary, etc.Last edited by bigfnjoe96; 07-23-2012, 04:58 PM. -
Exactly... therefore making his offensive game light years ahead of that of Asik's which is nonexistent.
But if the rest of you would overpay Asik in a future of uncertainty, go ahead.
Either way it doesn't matter if it's Asik, Nazr or Hibbert. This year already done.Comment

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012 (All Transactions 1st Page)
I was never in favor of resigning Asik, but Mohammed is a bum.
What Asik provides on defense would greatly outweigh any contribution Nazr is going to provide on offense. Obviously his price makes him more attractive at the end of the day. That was never a question.
If we have space wouldn't mind taking a look at Foye as a placeholder, although he would block Butler time, which I don't really want.
Anyone got more info on this Thomas kid? I heard he was lighting it up in the D-League last year. He's got good length, but that's about all I know about him.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

Re: NBA Movement Central 2012 (All Transactions 1st Page)
Malcolm Thomas can play the 3 and the 4. He played mostly the 4 in summer league, but he was tearing it up.
He averaged around 15 rebounds a game, had a double double every game, and had a couple 20-15 games.
From what I saw he looks like a Taj just not a good defensively and his back to the basket post game is not as good, but he can play the three (something Taj can't do).
I would definitely like this guy to get signed to a 1 year deal. I would also like a Foye for Rip swap if that's possible.
But if we get Thomas:
Rose/Hinrich/Teague/(Moore or Beverley)
Rip/Belinelli
Deng/Butler/Thomas
Boozer/Gibson/Radmanovic
Noah/AsikChicago Bulls
Chicago Bears

Brace yourself, Duhwightmare may not be ending no time soon:
The Orlando Magic have told rival executives that they might not trade Dwight Howard after all, according to league sources.
An executive who has had discussions with the Magic regarding Howard said Orlando only will trade the star center in a deal that is great for the franchise. The executive said this has been Orlando's stance for the past "week or so."
Another executive who has talked with Orlando said he thinks the Magic may start the season with Howard and wait until the February trade deadline to move him.
Each executive left the door open for posturing, noting that the Magic may be bluffing in hopes of coaxing better offers out of opposing teams. But the overriding sense is that Howard may not be moved for weeks, if not months.#RespectTheCultureComment

I'd just rather no one post about him until he's traded or a FA. I mean at this point, if it's anything else, does it really matter?

Unless you have a ring, won an MVP Award and played on a team with 20 or less wins, you shouldn't be demanding a damn thing.
Let him cry on the bench. I wouldn't even play his behind."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
