That's the funniest post I've heard in my life. Name one coach in the history of the NBA that had someone as talented as Michael Jordan. Name one coach in the history of the nba that has had a player as dominate 2000/2001 as Shaquille O'neal.

Think about what youre saying before you say any more...other teams have had some fantastic teams in the past but we dont recognize them as much as having fantastic players because they didnt get that ring.

If the old Suns had won, we'd say "Well look, they had KJ, Majerle, and Barkley, of course they won, any coach could have won with that team". If the Utah Jazz had won, we'd say the same thing with Stockton and Malone. The Knicks...Starks, Oakley, and Patrick Ewing. The Sonics...Payton, Schrempf, and Kemp. The list goes on and on... Their coaches werent able to take them to the next level, so they are a distant memory rather than a perpetual hot topic.

I don't care, I don't know you people. Who in thee blue hell is Del Harris and Kurt Rambis, not to mention the fact that Rambis had a Kobe who wasn't nearlly as good as he was now. And so what about Stockton and Malone, they're great and they would've won the championship with their GREAT coach, but they were going up against the BEST player in the HISTORY of the NBA...Phil Jackson isn't half the coach of Sloan. So was Barkley. All going up against MJ. Ya'll talk about great players not winning, but the fact of the matter is they lost to a team with greater players. Phil can't change. What kind of dumb coach has his team running the triangle when Shaq was hurt. Let's see him win with this Utah team now, like Sloan will.

-Led the Rockets to the playoffs for a couple seasons including a trip to the 1981 Finals
-Coached a pretty good Milwaukee team from '86-87 to the early part of 91-92 and routinely made the playoffs despite the team always having injury problems
-Coached the Lakers for a few yrs and went to the playoffs
-currently the asst. coach to the Mavs (their Defensive Coach)
