Call fouls like they do in the regular season. Or let the ticky tac fouls go in the playoffs if you aren't going to call the legits ones like grabbing players.

As long as sneaker companies dictate the tide, that will not change.
And that's not going to change. After more than eight years on here, I finally figured out how to edit my time zone!Comment

Re: What would you do as commisoner?
I'd add back to back games in the playoffs and try and significantly shorten the playoffs.
As an example, the first four games of the finals would be played back to back in each city with a travel day off in between. Two days off in between game 4 and 5 and then every other day to finish it out. 12 days from start to finish compared to the 17 days this year.
This would mimic more of what happens in the regular season. Depth should be rewarded and teams that are strong 1-12 should not lose that advantage in the playoffs for the sake of superstars playing extra minutes every game because of extra days off. If you want to play your super star 44 or 46 minutes on the front side of a back to back, that is a risk you have to take as a coach.
I'd also try and cut down the number of playoff teams. I'm not a fan of having more than half of the teams make the playoffs.
Not the best ideas from a revenue standpoint.Comment
