Pacers Thread
Any Pacers fans here? I am a huge Pacers fan. Well I'll start a convo, what do you guys think of Jeff Foster's recent performances? He is kinda living up to all that he is a white Dennis Rodman stuff. One more thing, do you think Jamaal Tinsley deserves more playing time?Tags: None -

I am a huge Pacers fan, and always will be
AS for Foster, I always liked him becasue of his energy, but that offensive game was a fluke. Most of thoses points were off of dunks

Re: Pacers Thread
Tinsley has been disappointing. I have no problem with Tinsley spending most of his time at the end of the bench. He can't shoot and he has a problem trying to do too much and make a showboat play. With Anderson and Johnson playing well we don't need to play Tinsley.
Another disappointment for us has been Pollard. I at least thought he would be able to play some quality minutes and help us but he hasn't been able to do anything. If it wasn't for Foster stepping up then we would have a big question mark at center. I really like how Foster just hustles and does the dirty work. Any offense we get from him is a nice bonus but I am ok with him just playing good defense and rebounding the ball like he has. I have also read where the Pacers are looking at making a trade for Zydrunas Llgauskas. I wouldn't mind to see a trade for him happen but the rumor I think was started by Peter Vescey and I take what he says with a grain of salt.
I have been with really happy with the play of Artest. I think he finally understands that he just needs to play basketball and he can be a good player. None of that immature stuff. He has improved his shooting and still plays some the best defense in the league. He has been one of the big reason we have the best record in he NBA right now. If he can keep his temper under control and keep playing like he has, I like he will be a All-Star this year.Comment

Re: Pacers Thread
Tinsley used to be one of my favs, but I guess his inconsistency is inexcusable. We are doing fine without him so it's all good. We won our game tonight against the Magic and JO had 22 points and 19 boards. He is getting so good and he is very young. What do you guys think of Jonathan Bender? I used to have high hopes in him, but I really think he is going no where now.Comment

I look at Bender the same way I look at Croshere. They could both start on another team, but Indy is to deep. Austin had 3 3;s last night and 2 dunks. While thats not much, its the spark the pacers needed.
I have waited for Bender for 3 yrs, so I dont expct much from him this yea. but it wouldnt surprise me if he beasted out on another teamComment
