I'll never understand NBA players that cant shoot a damn free throw.

Alot of it has to do with shooting it the wrong way and getting caught up in bad habits.

Alot of it also has to do with hand size as well, like what Reggie said. If you're hand is too big and you're capable of palming the ball in one hand...odds are you have too much grip and you're going to shoot it too hard a majority of the time. A lot of big men don't have touch around the basket or soft hands and that extends to their free-throw shooting as well.

That and if you grow up athletic and you happen to be taught by a negligent coach..which is where a lot of bad habits stem from. That and not having the right workout trainers.

I'm just going to say. If anyone told me the Lakers were going to be down to the Mavs without Dirk and a few other players. But Curry getting big minutes. I'd laugh in your face. Where is the defense Lakers!?
