PROS
A good win for us.Tough fought out game by the Nets.Our defense picked up a lot in the 4th quarter.Little moves was made like putting Kobe on D-Will and Duhon in instead of Morris.Liked our team defense when it matted the most.Pau and Dwight had great passing nights finding the open man.Kobe was efficient tonight as he been all season.

CONS
Are bench still locked out of wack.Jamison still at the 3,Ebanks with no minutes at all again.To many 3 point shots by Artest some of those shots was him going into hero mode.FT shooting was horrid tonight.

Avery has clearly shown his inability to make his back court mesh late in games. Still shocked they pulled out a W against Boston

I'm sorry, but what? How in the world is it Avery's fault that Deron Williams and Joe Johnson haven't meshed in the late game yet? He's working with two guys that need the ball in their hand to be effective late in the game, and one of them is a black hole on offense, I think most coaches would be hard pressed to get them to mesh 10 games into the season.

Can we stop talking about how the Lakers need a better bench? Their bench is fine considering they have KOBE BRYANT, DWIGHT HOWARD, PAU GASOL AND STEVE ****ING NASH ON THE SAME TEAM.
