Kobe's got that franchise by the balls. And none of the Laker greats (looking at you Magic) want to single him out for it.

James Worthy ripped the team collectively after the Magic loss. But they need to call it how it is. Just because Kobe can put up points every night doesn't mean he has what it takes to be a leader of men.
They should just all stop to answer that kind of question to the media. Protect your players, protect your teammates.

Glen Davis just absolutely made a damn fool of Chris Duhon.

i wont dispute any of what anyone is sayin on kobe's leadership skills or the game because i didnt watch the game and kobe can be blunt

but in fairness, he didnt really call pau out as much as he just answered a question about pau getting benched.

what he said basically was that pau needs to put his big boy pants on and take control of the situation. that pau needs to make whatever adjustments he needs to make in order to take the decision out of mike.d's hands in regards to the benchings. and that pau is skilled enuf to make the adjustments.

that hes not really fond of all the pick n roll, hes used to posting up alot more also, but if pick n roll is what the coach wants then thats what he is going to do. so he has taken it upon himself to work harder in the lab to improve his ball handling and his playmaking skills.

he said that even tho pau may want to post up more, if the coach wants you to shoot more jumpers than that is what it is and that instead of pau whinning about posting up more he needs to put on his big boy pant and get in the lab to work on improving his jumper. simply because that is what the coach wants right now right or wrong. thats basically what he said.

he was also asking about pau going in the tank mentally and he said that would never happen, he knows pau very well. and besides he personally would never let that happen because he knows how to deal with pau.

like i said i want refute anyones feelings about kobes leadership skills but i just wanted to put what he said into context.

and 4 the record, isnt this supposed to be what steve nash is for to be the good cop to kobes bad cop? this was d.fish's greatest contribution to the last 2 championships. and lets be real somebody has to be the bad cop whether its a player or the coach.

anyways my true opinion on all this confusion is still that mike.d is not the right coach 4 the job.

            Short answer. Pringles.

Long answer. Pringles is the coach.

There is also the fact that Gasol is playing terrible. Though it might be on D'Antoni's part with all his call outs in the media.

This guy is one useless coach.
