That entire sequence was bizzare as heck...

I mean you can't be more dumb than this can you?

I laughed so hard because I was watching NBA TV when it happened.

Lillard hurts his ankle on defense and they call a timeout after tor goes back down and scores

Come back from commercial break and the analysts are talking about how hard it is to lose...next thing you know they're like this just happened

Amir lost his mind lol....it was so odd

He just went Sheed last night. Nothing new. You start losing enough. Anyone could turn into Sheed haha.


Edit: But... the Warriors have just went from under the radar to legit future team. I see them causing problems out west.

Anyone ready for the battle of the boroughs tonight? I really liking this game. Hopefully the Nets come out and play. I just want to see a good game again.

Me thinks its time Gasol starts throwing people under the bus and demand a trade

I hold out my notebook and draw a picture of the key, then a circle near the elbow where I generally see Gasol start on offense.

"This is the space Pau is usually in, right?"

D'Antoni shakes his head, grabs the notebook and pen and starts drawing circles along the baseline, perimeter and just outside the key.

"Pau can start in any of these places," he explains. "We never want to be predictable. We don't want the other team to know where we are going to be."

Then he takes the pen and colors in the area inside the paint. It's everywhere on the court Gasol has always been comfortable.

"But he's not here. We need this space."

Yeah I know he's not that sort of butt wad, but his career as a post player is toast as long as DAntoni is his coach.

I actually want to hear from Knicks fans on this coach's perspective of what he's saying.

I don't get what's so difficult about drawing up plays to get a guy a good shot or to put him in position to score with his abilities.

I understand not wanting to be predictable and I completely understand that, but most teams know what you can and cannot do anyway, and many times it comes down to execution not so much being unpredictable.

I'm guessing he doesn't want anyone down in the middle in particular so the guards can operate, especially from the pick and roll.. to a degree he has a point but then the downside is pretty huge in itself.

Nothing wrong with adding to your playbook is it?

The best that can happen to the Lakers right now is that they go 0 - 5 and something big happens. (The end of the world, D'Antoni slipping on a banana, the return of Phill, the hireing of a legit and balanced coach...)
