Ok then how about you give the Mavs Shaq for the past 5 or 6 years and see who has the rings. Since Kobe can do it all. Shaq won those rings son, not Kobe, he was merely the side kick, and not even Robin to Shaq's batman, Kobe was more like bat girl. And I think Phil Jackson should get a bit of credit too. Your arguemnet of "3 rings" is worn out and lame.

Alright, now as you can see in my avatar, kobe isnt my favorite player. and yes, I think if you give the celts shaq, him and pierce could go for a 3-peat. But thats only speculation. Fact is, you dont really know, you can only assume. The argument is weak, and as it has repeatedly been pointed out, shaq (who I like better than kobe) didnt exactly win anything without kobe. By this logic the credit should go to phil jackson. The batgirl thing is a joke. Dont try telling me someone else on those lakers teams could pick up the slack and put up kobe's numbers.

Point is that the "if you take away Shaq/put shaq with (insert player/team) they would win rings too" is worn out and old. Noone ever said kobe could do it all.

Also Finley a better defender than kobe? show me stats.
