    What a shot.

Tom Jackson at the 33 second mark.

In other news, Heat upset at Wade getting suspended. Give me a break. There was nothing malicious about that Henderson foul on LeBron. Good hard basketball foul.

The Miami Heat said Friday the franchise didn't agree with the one-game suspension given to Dwyane Wade for making contact with Charlotte's Ramon Sessions earlier this week.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- In the wake of Dwyane Wade's suspension for kicking Charlotte Bobcats' Ramon Sessions in the groin, the Miami Heat took the unusual step of issuing a statement firing back at the league office on Friday.

The Heat said they disagreed with the suspension and further complained about how their players have been being treated by opposing teams recently. Wade, the Heat said, is one of the players the opposition "takes privileges with." They said they had "made their feelings known to the league office."

The Heat referred to Wade's 10-year record as being "an ********* player and positive influence" in their dispute of the ruling. The league does not typically explain disciplinary decisions but has reviewed several Wade fouls and actions over the last few seasons without taking further action.

Wade, who will serve his suspension Friday against the Detroit Pistons, said the kick to Sessions was inadvertent.

"It was a bang-bang play, man," Wade told reporters Friday morning. "It's a play you kind of have to be there. It was something that was looked at over video review and it can be taken any kind of way."

Sessions said Friday that he had not heard from Wade since the game but did not harbor any ill feelings.

"They looked at the film and saw what everybody else saw," Sessions said. "It was a kick to the groin, there was no secret about it. Things like that happen in the battle of a game."

Bobcats coach Mike Dunlap said he felt the league would come down on Wade.

"When we looked at the film it was obvious they had to do something," Dunlap said. "Dwyane is a class human being, he represents the league at the highest level ... but there's no place for that."

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra implied the Heat's stars are being targeted by opposing teams. During the game Wednesday in Charlotte, Bobcats forward Gerald Henderson fouled LeBron James hard.

"That was a very physical game; there were a lot of hard hits in that game," Spoelstra told reporters in Detroit. "What we're getting tired of as an organization are the hits, particularly to Dwyane and LeBron and Chris (Bosh). That is the game plan against us."

Wade may be a nice person off the court, but on the court, he's a little girl.

Everyone who watches the Heat knows this too.

Which is why I laugh at the Heat and their argument. It's whatever. The fans know.

Stein reports on some trade rumors

The Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons are two teams that have made it clear they are highly interested in DeMarcus Cousins if and when he becomes available, according to front office sources.

Still, Cousins assuredly has plenty more teams interested in acquiring him from the Sacramento Kings.

          Via Marc Stein/ESPN
The Toronto Raptors are expected to trade Andrea Bargnani before the end of the 2012-13 season.

One source close to the situation said Friday that Bargnani is "a lock to be moved."

Bargnani has two years and $22 million left on his contract.

I'm not getting my hopes up.

Unless Kings really like Bradley, I don't see it happening.

I remember MJ telling Pip "they're going to start coming after you" and they did, and. They mauled him but Pip never once complained. He just started working out with MJ and the he started balling hi level. See the Ewing dunk...many more things like that.

The possibility of a third team is always there. Where there's a will there's a way. I would love to see Boston somehow get him.

I swear to you right now, if I was 100 lbs and Wade came up to me with a knife, I'd just laugh.

His tough-guy attitude is the weakest thing I've seen on the court. He's soft. He can act like he isn't but he's soft and he shows it every night without knowing it.

I like Wade as a performer and player. But, his act needs to stop.

Where in the hell are you getting that from? When did D-Wade all of a sudden become Ron Artest or Kenyon Martin?

He's been pulling this ever since Lebron came to town.

I don't remember Dwayne acting like that before.
