Did Spree take it to far yesterday

First off, his performance was amazing.

but should he let his game speak for itself.

FOr me at least, there is a fine line between good natured trash talking and taking it to far. I know its a emotional night, and I think its good that he was fired up.

I am a Pacers fan, so I dont really follow NY, but I think that from waht Ive heard, maybe if he did a little less tlaking, then maybe he might get a little mroe respect.

What do yo uguys think? I am esp interested in hearing what NYK fans have to say

The classy thing would to be let the performance speak for itself, but I understand how the emotion of that could get to him. He was mistreated by Knicks management, so I can understand the elation of hitting us where it hurts.

I used to like the KNicks a lot, but I still got love for Spree.

I thought it was fitting that he go back to the Garden and talk a whole lot. He misses that place so much, and I dont think he ever wanted to leave. I really think his emotions were worn all over his shoulders throughout the night. You can't fault the dude, IMO

I guess I agree, as I was treated the same way by a coach, granted it was HS. Not 1 season after all the debacle, the coach left my school.

I guess it just comes down to how much class you have.

Oh well, Im glad the Knicks lost

I have to disagree with you there.

I was done dirty and blatently lied to, and hated my coaching staff.

But my father told me, point blank, as long as I was in his house, I would pretend like I was happy and show respect.

I hate comparing HS to the pros, but the point in, class wins over trash talking, and stooping down to some one else's level

                            THis is just my .02
