I think only the way he behaved and played against the Heat last year take him instantly out of the top 10 small forwards. I'am not too impressed by him so far.

Your judging Granger's whole career on one series. The Pacers were up 2-0.

He's the leader of the re-emerging Pacers.

They let Iggy go in Philly.

It's his last big appearance. Not saying he was never good.

Can't wait to see what he does tonight tho.

"Im not impressed with him so far" = one series vs Miami?

or "so far" meaning since he's been in the league?

Didn't he come back like a few days back?

Had a discussion a few days back on 2K forums and the guy was saying Granger was back in the roster so I figured he would be there tonight. Oh well. Shame.

No he's still out. He'll be out for at least another month I'd say.

What are the thoughts on Granger's production once he gets back into the lineup? Paul George has been playing very well in his place..any chance he continues as the ring leader when Granger returns?

im kind of hoping he does, and they trade granger before the deadline. Paul George is the rajon rondo of the pacers in the fact that he is just beginning to emerge as a star the way rondo was and will lead his team to a title in the next 3 years, that I see as very likely.

The only thing in the east that I think the pacers cant counter is the bulls with a healthy rose.

I don't think they should trade Granger.. Unless somehow they could get an elite level PG or SG.. Which is unlikely.

Granger has been the leader of this team for awhile now, and one of the few guys around who can put up pretty big scoring numbers without dominating the ball and demanding shots. He can play with the ball or away from the ball and even if George is "the man" now Granger could easily play along side him or as his back-up.. Granger has always been a good teammate and one of the hardest working guys in the league.

Also, as good as he is playing now George really didn't do much in the playoffs last year offensively. He almost was timid at times and didn't look for his shot enough or too create enough.. They might need a boost from Granger any night George isn't producing at a high level offensively.

I agree with you though. Idk about a title within the next 3 years but George is definitely on the rise as a big time player.

send em to boston, and give the pacers courtney lee or jason terry with one other solid player like bass or green.

                                Granger aint goin no where.
The Pacers still have trouble scoring and George is still inconsistent.
They need Grangers numbers to go deep. I dont think his return should hamper PGs growth.

And when it comes to Rose and the Bulls. This Pacer team is not the wet behind the ears team from two years ago.
