Peja probably is the best shooter in the league but he needs to improve on his defensive(which he will) and his midrange jumper off the dribble. When it was crunch time against the lakers, Rick Fox of all people was able to lock him up and Peja wasn't able to create space like MJ or Kobe and hit the jumper. It was extremely frustrating to watch because I know Peja is quicker than Rick Fox. That midrange J off the dribble would make him the Kings' unquestioned go-to guy at the end of games.

1) He was 23 years old when they played the Lakers in the playoffs that year.
2) He only puts up 36% of his shots from beyond the arc in comparison to a guy like Baron Davis who launches 42% of his shots from that distance.
3) He shoots almost 54% from inside the 3pt line, which is better than most PF and C in the NBA.
The guy can create a shot with just about anybody in the league on him, and with his height he's damn near impossible to gaurd because he can just shoot over most defenders. Like Bird said, what he lacks is a post game, and with that added to his arsenal he would be almost unstoppable.Comment
