Oh lol I really don't care that he missed and that they lost this game. They had like 5 or 6 opportunities to win this game and they didn't. I just think it was a foul and like Kobe said it's a dangerous play to go underneath an offensive player in the air.

Lakers could have won that game they didn't. It's not on the refs at all.

I know who's Bruce Bowen too, I think that's why it makes his comment relevant. And show me where I'am whinning. Simply discussing something that happened and injured Kobe. I think it's worth a discussion on a basketball forum.

Team is 38-24 I think. I know they might grab a high seed. Having said that, I think you shut Melo down.

Everyone talked about old age injuries hurting this team and it's the young legs that have suffered the most. This team isn't winning anything with these injuries.

Why allow Anthony to continue hurting himself and look decrepit on the court? We have two more years in this window.

Damn this is crazy. They went from clear cut number 2 in the east to a 5th seed at best. I agree about shutting down Melo though. Uf they want to make it to the second round. I'd shut him down too. Tyson being hurt doesn't make this any better.

Last night was a pathetic excuse for Bulls basketball. We've had some ugly losses this season but 42 to the Kings might take the cake. Sad part is, this is pretty much the team I expected to be watching all year long. Good coaching will usually cover things up for a while, but this team has really been exposed for what they truly are the past few weeks.

And people want Rose to rush back to this team?? Stop it.

The dangerous part is Kobe kicking his leg out trying to draw the foul, which is actually a foul on him according to the Rule Book, and because it is Bruce Bowen I think the opposite I can't this guy serious when it comes to dirty plays since he's one of the dirtiest to ever play. The Jones play when he pushes Kobe was dirty but this time he simply closed out on the shot playing simple defense and Kobe happened to land on his leg as he was fading with his leg out on Jones heel if you look at the play Jones is look at the basket when Kobe lands not at Kobe's feet making sure he lands on his foot

Lol at trying to draw a foul. That's just how kobe fades baseline. It's a balance thing ain't that obvious?

Was he trying to draw a foul on that play? Or on this one?

I didn't have to search for long, theses are on the first page of youtube when you type Kobe's baseline fadeaway. Keep the agenda out of this. No need for it.

If you think that's not a foul, fair enough, that's cool. If you think Kobe's legs could be an offensive foul, well, that's your opinion. But don't reach and say he was trying to draw a foul when that's just stupid.

BTW remember when everybody was acting like I was crazy when I said the Bulls may end up in the running for the eighth seed?

              Bulls - 5 seed - 35-29

              Celtics - 6 seed - 35-29

              Hawks - 7 seed - 35-29

              Bucks - 8 seed - 32-31

We got Golden State and Denver next. **** ain't sweet here in Chicago right now the injuries are finally catching up to us.

Just saying it makes a lot more sense to change the subject rather than say "let's change the subject"

EDIT: People in the Bulls forums are ruthless man...some are starting to be upset with DRose...so stupid

Just because Kobe kicks his leg out all the time doesn't mean he gets special privilege to do whatever he wants. According to the rules, you can't kick your leg out, Dahntay didn't land where Kobe's first foot came down, he collided with Kobe's outstretched leg which made Kobe take a tumble in which he sprained his ankle. I don't know if you've ever closed out on a leg taking a fadeaway like that, but its not exactly easy to just "give him his space", especially if he's throwing his leg out. Its an unfortunate play but guess what, that happens in basketball.

Well I can agree with that, np.

I was arguing the 'He was trying to draw a foul with his legs' statement wich is obviously false.

It's basketball, these things happen. When you fadeaway, your leg tends to kick out. When you close out hard, you tend to end up by the landing area of the shooter. Nothing wrong with what either of them did.

I'm just going by what the rule book says, The competition committee made the change two years ago not me. Also the Kick in this fade away is much more out than the others. It could be his momentum or it could not. it's subjective at this point.

I knew you'd came up with that kind of answer.

We'll leave at what ex said. Seems decent.

I do think Bryant is instigating but he is always trolling these days... Lol

Anyway, if the playoffs ended today, the west playoff picture would be nuts. Entertainment in every series with compelling matchups. Those 8 teams would make for the most entertainment IMO. I would love to see Houston v OKC... Harden returns..

The west is extremely tight. The East meanwhile... Miami would kill it right now. Maybe the Celtics on honour alone could make it a serie.
