What's even worse, Thibs hasn't ruled out Rose returning during the playoffs. Are you kidding me? Seriously Thibs? Your gonna let him go out there and test his knees and limit his minutes in a playoff game? If Thibs does that, he's truly basketball insane.
It's almost a month before the playoffs. He's not back by then, the Bulls should just shut him down.I have more respect for a man who let's me know where he stands, even if he's wrong. Than the one who comes up like an angel and is nothing but a devil. - Malcolm XComment

As much as I would LOVE DRose back, and I mean LOVE, it's just not worth it.
My question concerning this season, are we finally going to get rid of Carlos Boozer? He shows up to play about twice a month.
It's pathetic.

With or without Rose, this team isn't seriously contending for anything of worth. If he doesn't play in at least 10-15 games during the season, then shut him down till next year. Absolutely no point rushing him back to get bounced early.
And really hate hearing the media/irrational fans question this guys heart and passion for the game of basketball. Hasn't he proved enough already?Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

I totally agree with most of the Bulls fans in here. But I think he needs to test it at game speed. But not in a playoff game. If he doesn't play by next week. Put him on IR. And let the team move forward.Hands Down....Man Down - 2k9 memories

The problem is that the doctor who performed his surgery said playing in games is the final part of his rehab. He's cleared to play, but isn't taking the doctor's advice and is therefore delaying his rehab.Originally posted by billmaticRadman is more like the ******** homeless man's version of Okur.Comment

Missed foul call at end of Lakers-Hawks Game
Mar 14 2013 4:02PM
With 4.9 seconds remaining in the Atlanta Hawks' 96-92 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on March 13, the Lakers' Kobe Bryant attempted a jump shot over the Hawks' Dahntay Jones. After review at the league office, video replay confirmed that referees missed a foul call on Jones as he challenged Bryant's shot and did not give him the opportunity to land cleanly back on the floor. Bryant should have been granted two free throws. Click video here.Comment

Not the first or last time that has happened this year and it probably won't be either.#RespectTheCultureComment

If it wasn't Kobe Bryant, or some other elite talent player this wouldn't even be discussed. And nba.com definitely wouldn't be saying anything about it..
Hell if it was Jones landing on Kobe's heel there wouldn't be anything said.Comment

Thought they could've done better than this for a Thursday night but I guess not.
Looks like the TNT crew will have to be in full entertain mode to keep the night really interesting.

I guess if it was the case the foul would have been called in the first place right?Comment

That play happens in every single game. And its never a foul call.
Unfortunately Bryant landed on Jone's heel. It shouldn't be a foul and the only reason the nba is treating it like it should be one is because its Kobe Bryant who was the one bitching.
Same would be done for guys like Durant, LeBron, Wade, etc. had this happened to any non all-star player there wouldn't even be a problem.Comment

Re: 3/12 - 3/18 Games Discussion Thread
There is a big difference between players closing out too much on a spot up shooter wich happens every game and people just walking into the landing space of a player who's in mid air fading. It was also a clutch situation in an important road game that's why it makes more noise.
It was a foul that's all. It's not legit defense by NBA rules. So next time people can keep their LOL's and Guess whats to themselves and express their opinion for what it is. Just an opinion.Comment
