Also Atlanta, is a sub par team, with sub par talent, playing in a sub par conference.

One fringe all star, Al Horford and a bunch of castoffs, gets you as far as they are going to get this year, a first round exit.

Team has virtually no identity and no legitimate player to build around. They need to go into tank mode and start over.

Jeff Teague has turned into a solid 15 and 8 kinda guy. Could give you 20 points on any given night.

However, they have no wing scorer (or defender) to speak of so they aren't going anywhere anyway so I can agree with this assessment for the most part.
