    Bizarre/Pointless LeBron James question...

I was looking at the nba.com rookie-sophomore game rosters, and noticed they had James listed at 258 lbs., where as nba.com's player listing has him listed at 240.

Just thought I'd ask because he doesn't look quite 258, especially when you see Carlos Boozer listed at the same 258... Likely a typo? I also thought Boozer was 6'10.

I guess looking at it now, they probably made a mistake using James' height and Boozer's weight for both?

measurements are so blown out of proportion anyway.

Height especially. Inches are credited and pounds are added on paper.

Unless he's been bulking up big time, and not playing at all, there's no way he's gained 18 pounds during an nba season.

I figured as much. I can't count the number of times I've seen the height of a player exaggerated, although the announcers usually call them on it.

I remember when they showed Ben Wallace standing next to a 6'5 guy and he was an inch-inch and a half taller than him at best, or Corliss who appears to be 6'4? I can see how the bulk would make them appear bigger. Then you have Garnett, who's super-thin frame is probably the reason he's listed at 6'11...

Can anyone think of any others? I remember seeing Steve Nash listed at 6'3, and thats certainly a few inches too tall for him.
