Can't see this team as it is currently constructed repeating. D Wade's injuries is what I'm getting at. Unless he gets a new knee somewhere.

The Pacers and Spurs have proven that LeBron needs some help.

The Heat need a make over.

I think this current group has reached their max potential as far as rings go. Wade is rapidly aging, and Bosh is becoming more of a fraud each day. Combine that with key players for the Heat getting really old really quick, like Battier, Haslam, Mike Miller, Ray Allen...

I dunno. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pat Riley retire after this title and just call it a career. I don't think he's going to want to figure out how to remake that roster.

Being hyped in the media doesn't win basketball games.

And I'm not offended, I just think you have no idea what you're talking about..

And regardless of weather you think flopping won the games or not I don't see how it did them much good, the large majority of those "flops" were no calls anyways and the Heat were called for more fouls.. Of the 7 games in this finals series the Spurs were called for less fouls in 5 of the 7 games, the other 2 games the teams were even..
Yes LBJ plays well but the way people hail him as some sort of deity is just ridiculous. He posts up trip dubs and guys act like they've never seen it from a player before. He posts up big numbers in the finals and people act like Jesus has returned. He wins his second chip and people think he's the greatest to ever play. He's doing nothing we haven't seen before in my opinion. I really don't see what all the fuss is about.

And no, flopping didn't win them their chip, I wasn't being literal, more facetious, but it shows as a team, they've got no class. But I guess that matters little when you're taking home the gold.

Perhaps, as someone mentioned in another topic, I am stuck in the 80's/90's but I'd rather watch hours of Magic, Larry & Michael than Lebron and the Heat.

Anyhow, back on topic. Seeing as it only seems to be a smattering of teams that are title contenders, I can't see anyone else winning it next season.

I'm just saying they are gonna have to make some personnel moves if they are going to be in position to defend their crown. It took a WHOLE LOT of things going their way to get this one.

I think it's time to stop talking about The Big 3. It's all about James. He's the man. It's a shame to see Wade nowadays. Slowed down by injuries and zero motivation and with his mid range shot being worse than ever, his numbers will probably even drop more next season. Don't know about Bosh, but his performances are inconsistent.

Lol @ this post you cant be serious right? Wade made so many great plays on both sides of the ball that if Lebron wasnt the Finals MVP he defiantly would of gotten it. As much as I hate the Heat, what you just posted was ridiculous.

This topic is just a bit premature, but i wanted to ask...

What do people think of Wade taking to a Ginobili role? He can still play his 30 but staggering him with LeBron a bit. It doesnt make a huge difference in the regular season but think its been shown Wades role just hurts them more than it helps in these high level series.

I could definitely see him getting less minutes during the regular season for another playoff run. I'd be highly surprised if he's logging 38-42 minutes next year.

If they find another player like Ray Allen or if he returns chances are they will. Im not going to doubt them anymore. They overcame plenty of obstacles this year. LeBron is the best player as of June 2013. There is no answer for this guy. He almost screwed up in game 6, but thats why I mentioned the 1st sentence.
