They both were true POWER forwards who did their work in the paint, which is something that is rare in the game today. So it's simple, who do you think was better? I prefer Sir Charles, but I personally have to admit that I think The Mailman was just slightly better.

Charles Barkley
Sir Charles is one of the best rebounders of all time, underrated athletically, had a good all around game on offense, distributed the ball well out of the post, and was a very undersized big man. Karl Malone
The Mailman rolled to the hoop and couldn't be stopped. He developed a great post fadeaway, and had athleticism and brute force. He was in much better shape and that resulted in a longer career. John Stockton made Karl and everyone else better because of his selflessness.-2010 Hall of Fame Inductee
