    My take on the Pacers

IT was a horribe coach, IMO

He ran a loose ship, and I think that hurt him. RC runs a much tighter ship, and it has showed so far.

Isiah also had LOTS of questionable coaching decisions, one sticking out of my mind not putting Reggie at the end of the Nets playoff game, when we were down by 3. I dont care if Reggie is 0 - 300000000000, he is Reggie Miller the best blutch shooter in the NBA. You keep him on the court, even if only for a decoy.

Last year was last yr, this is not an attack of you, but i am tired of people living in last yr. The Pacers lost those 2 games in a row, and every1 was like, last year again. Sure enough, they win there last couple of games before the All star break, and all the critics shut up.

Now, I do think the Pacers will hear about last yr everytime they lose a game, but I saw Artest "D" lacking, and I said something is wrong with him. My friend said it was arrogance from being an all star, and it could be, but I think this injury is what was wrong with him, why he seemed less intense.

In conclusion, there will be obstacles in any NBA season, but you need to be able to over ocme them. ARtest behavior was one of them last yr, this yr it is his and AL's injury, along with the fact that every one will refer to last yr every time the Pacers lose 2 or more game in a row, esp in the second half

It will be interesting to see the second half of the season, with the Pacers injured, the Nets on a roll, and the Pistons probably going on a roll very soon

    My take on the Pacers...

    Seriously...

Take it from a Piston's fan. Hope that Rick Carlisle has learned from his mistakes and does not go ultra-conservative in the playoffs again. That is his "M.O." The Artest injury hurts, but they are a good team. Rick just has a tendency to outcoach himself.

See, I am mad at mysewlf cause I didnt get nBA league pass, so I didnt get to see them play. When I did see them in the playoffs, they looked good, all the way untill the ECF.

Obviously the Pacers are different than the Nets, as the Pacers are more of a jumpshooting team that relies on JO to set them up, but what did Carlile do that was so bad. and trust me, after Isiah Thomas, RC getting us out of the 1st round would be considereda God in Indy.

Skins, you seem hurt/upset. Why so?

If last year was last year, why are you so focused on Isaiah Thomas and blaming him for what happened

Im not upset, I just dont like going three yrs in a row being knocked out in the first round.

I never really had a problem with IT, untill the 2nd yr of being out in the first round. The whole organizations excuse was young, but I thought they had enough talent to get out of the first

As for me bringing up last yr, I was listening to a ESPM radieo here in VA, and tehy brought up Indys collapse last yr, and I was sick of hearing it, so I had to rant
