Re: 10/29 - 11/4 Games Discussion Thread
I just like good basketball, doesn't matter which team is playing said good basketball (Which is why I enjoyed that Laker/Clippers game). What I can't stand is terrible and/or boring basketball (that Knicks/Bucks game yesterday night).Comment

Not to jump in on this back and forth but it is nice to be a fan of every team. A lot of us here have a primary team we root for (or at least players on said teams) but we also like to just like basketball in general. That's why sometimes I'll be like "Rose can't bribe an official if he had a billion dollars" and other times like "That was a nice play" for either team.

Speaking of good basketball, Boozer looks like Wilt Chamberlain against Amare's defense.

The Knicks are playing uninspired, just like the second half last night. Back to backers are never fun.

way too many turnovers, I don't like how the Knicks have looked thus far.Comment

A lot of really bad, unforced turnovers so far this season. Just careless. Felton's playmaking ability always makes me nervous. I have more faith in Prigs than him but it doesn't help that Prigs never ever looks to score. I wonder if any player in league history has fouled out with all six fouls being offensive."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

There were nine or ten travels called last night in the Knicks/Bucks game. Tonight there have been a ton of offensive fouls - moving screens and ticky-tack offensive fouls."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

How are the Knicks going to actually compete with the top dogs. I just don't see it. It's early, but the thing is, they really didn't improve. Right? There's nothing really that I look forward to to evolving and developing. Outside of Bargs and Amare coming back healthy. I just don't see them beating teams with this style of play they have, which is hope Melo scores 50 every night.Comment
