People bag on Broussard alot but this guy here is 50 x worse

He has nothing, he steals stuff from local newspapers and gets paid on the ESPN Insider subscription for it, and he has zero credibility.

I like the trade but only if LeBron returns.. Afflalo isn't pushing them over the top, and whoever they get at 1 should be a franchise changer..

Hypothetically though. Start Kyrie, Afflalo, LeBron, Thompson, center. Draft Smart at 4 as a 6th man, trade Waiters for a big man, take the risk on Embiid at 12.. And they could be a really solid team for awhile.

You really think Embiid will fall all the way to 12th? I know teams are cautious of big men with injuries issues, but I can't see him going that long. Some team along the way will take a chance on him before that.
I really am interested in that Orlando trade though. A backcourt of Irving and Afflalo sounds really nice to me. Then, that gives them the chance to trade away Waiters and a couple others depending on who they draft.
Or they could just say screw all that and take Wiggins/Parker. Thursday is gonna get real interesting.

Embiid at worst goes to the Celtics at 6 imo. I feel like teams think he's way too talented to drop that far, even with those injuries. From what I've seen, most "experts" think he falls to #4 and Orlando.

If Embiid falls to Utah at 5... I'm all for them taking the risk and picking him. Though I do really, really like Vonleh...

i think a vonleh/favors duo could do some serious damage. both have good defensive skill, and both can stretch the floor. i think it would put them in solid shape for the future, just needing to secure the wing, and finding a mildly decent bench

didnt see this earlier so here goes

Joel Embiid is currently slotted to go third overall to the Philadelphia 76ers in the most recent mock draft by Jonathan Givony at Draft Express.
The 76ers are planning a slow rebuild, so selecting Embiid with the possibility he sits out his entire rookie season as Nerlens Noel did in 13-14 is not an issue.
Draft Express reports that the Orlando Magic also represent a viable option to select Embiid with the No. 4 pick and the worst case scenario are the Sacramento Kings at No. 8.

I'm not saying I'd take Wiggins #1 because of this video, but I'd take him #1 because Parker's offensive ceiling doesn't tempt me enough. Wiggins' desire to play defense cements it for me and his athleticism is icing...

I agree completely Ex. Parker is going to be a fine player in his own right, but Wiggins potential/athleticism as well as his commitment to defense make him a guy you can't pass on after Embiid's injury.

Why is Orlando even thinking on taking Embiid.. That's the one position they are solid at lol.

Solid video by Wiggins, but I think the thing that people forget is that Wiggins isn't really a good 1-on-1 guy. Which is why I think he's a perfect fit for Cleveland. Between already having a fantastic ball handler and having a coach who now has an emphasis on team ball, they should be one of the better fits for Wiggins.

Wiggins has always had a really solid technique on his shooting motion, so he didn't need to prove that to me.

Oh plenty of people doubt Wiggins' 1 v 1 ability that's what holds him back so far. His iso game.. ironically enough is the criticism of him at this point.. lol.. as much as we all hate iso
