Re: ISAH RIDER back to the T\'Puppiez?
With all the other dumb moves the puppiez made over the last couple seasons, what is one more.Poor Garnett. I love his energy and attitude, and to be stuck in Minnesota. Detroit..ugh. Give the kid a chance, he is already surrounded by sub par talent.

Re: ISAH RIDER back to the T\'Puppiez?
It only matters were they ended the season. Out in the first round, no off season moves to speak of to better the roster. Poor Kevin...after all the crappy offseason media he received what has management done to help the kid out. Lost Davis to the Cavs, Wally wanting to play next year in NY and signing T. Hudson. Now somebody said the have interest in I. Rider. (IMO) - Cavs matching the offer to Davis hurt because Hudson is a decent point and if Davis continues to improve and become a playmaker, they would be one nasty away from a decent team to a good team. Then switch to the Eastern Conf. and there could have been possibilities. (Ah...what ifs).Comment

Ah yes, people filling a rhetorical discussion with only possibilities of the future, but they will only deal with certainties of the past. Can't have your cake and eat it, too.
With Terrell Brandon healthy, the Wolves were 30-10, and were easily one of the top three teams in the first HALF of last year. Not week, not month, but HALF the season. Granted, it wasn't a full season, but talking of the Wolves like they're the Clippers is a bit much, no? I mean, you don't go 30-10 for no reason? And don't tell me losing Chauncey would be reason the Wolves would suddenly be horrible this year.Comment

Re: ISAH RIDER back to the T\'Puppiez?
Will...deep breaths and relax. The statement was made for you because I new respond.I never said the Wolves weren't a good team, just need to get better and they haven't. The went 30 -10 the first half of the season (playing zone D had nothing to do with it) and that means the SECOND half they went 20 - 22 because teams figured out zone D (not Brandon). Man our discussions get old. So relax and have a coke
Oh we will just leave it at that. Peace.

Re: ISAH RIDER back to the T\'Puppiez?
Hmmm. All star calibur point guard gets injured, or teams figure out a defense. Doesn't take a freaking genius to figure that one out.
And an easy schedule? In the west? During a half of the season? Is that possible? Alas, the stupid comments keep rolling in.
With Brandon healthy, the Wolves are one of the best teams in the league. Now, if you want to make a case that Brandon won't remain healthy, there you'd have a point.Comment

Re: ISAH RIDER back to the T\'Puppiez?
Missed you Will. Besides the statement about Brandon avoiding injuries, I would agree on stupid comments. But disagree on were they come from. An All Star calibur point and best teams in the league. Whew. Billups ( 12 pts 6 apg) did a fine job in Brandons (12 pts 8 apg) absence. Injuries and age have taken their toll on Brandon, he no longer has the ability to be close to All-Star caliber. His best days were in Cleveland and they are long(long) gone. T' Wolves are a "good" team because of Garnett (period). The kid dominates in just about every stage of the game.We can hope the pressure of the off-season press will make him snap, slap Wally back to reality on who's team it is and they can all live happily ever after.Comment
