I'm sorry OJ somethings not right with this team. I'm hardly buying the coasting thing. They're just weird right now don't look in sync although the new guys are integrated well enough.

Am actually watching the game, not looking at stats. You're shooting 57% but let a bunch of D leaguers on the road making it a one possession game with 2 and half to go in the 4th.

Lebron shoudn't be playing 37 minutes in stupid games like this. It will wear him down in the long run.

I'am still not entirely convinced the game wasn't scripted. If it wasn't it's really embarassing.

They play with like 10 minutes of effort and the rest of the time is slow and sluggish..

This is what I don't understand.. Would you rather coast and maybe pull out a close win? Or play hard, get a big lead quick, and then only have to play LeBron and Bosh maybe 30 minutes at the most? Don't like how Spo is letting this continue.

If he has to do that with a team full of these veterans and the best player in the world then there's something wrong with the players, not the coach.

Miami is fine. They're obviously missing Wade. Not particularly Wade himself but just another creator/scorer of even an average caliber.

Also many teams will play down to the Lakers' pathetic level. Lakers play scrappy so they take advantage of opponents taking it easy.

I didn't mean coasting as in coasting through the season, I actually agree with you. I meant coasting in terms of on the court their is a giant lack of effort, hustle, and desire.

I'm not fulling blaming the coach. But they go through these stretches where they look sluggish, lost on defense, and at times fatigued and he has them play through it..

I think he should be getting on them to open up big early leads and not be content with being up 10 all game long. A lot of these close games should have been games where a LeBron and Bosh barely play in the 4th quarter, or even the majority of the 2nd half.

Easier said than done I know. And I know a lot of it falls on the players shoulders too.

I agree with everything you said, except we don't know if he does or doesn't "get on them to open up big early leads". My guess is that yes, he does implore them to do that and that he isn't content with "being up 10 all game long". That's my only thing with what you said.
