It's the end of the road for Vince. Kevin O'Neill was brought in to challenge Vince and get him to play more physical. It worked in the beginning but Vince then slipped to his old ways and injuries took its toll again.

I'm now in the camp of people that say Vince should be traded. Now if you asked me that a year ago i'd say that Vince is the franchise but now he's definately better off somewhere else.

I like Vince. I used to play a lot of ball in the daytona beach area and people at the courts always talked about Vince played at this court etc...
I think about him and GriffeyJr. they both have had bad luck- but i don't question their heart. You need heart to get to that level.

                              Other super-stars miss games:

Shaq has averaged missing 15+ games per year the last three seasons. Elton Brand has averaged 15+ misses in his last two seasons in LA. Ron Artest has also averaged 15+ misses in his last three seasons. Another 15+ game misser is Ray Allen, over the last three seasons. Kenyon Martin averages 70 games per season for his career. Michael Finley has averaged 70 games per year the last three seasons. Baron Davis has averaged just under 60 games per season the last two years.

With that said, VC has averaged just under 60 games a season the last three years, and some questioned why he was out. All I'm saying is, superstars get hurt, look at Ken Griffey. He is still a great player in the NBA, and isn't as selfish as people portray. I think he could benefit greatly from a change of scenery.

just to throw in my .02, Artest has worked hard all summer, at least the last 2 years he has been here in Indiana. He had some injuries, but so do a lot of people.
