out of all of the people the Nuggets added only 1 player made the playoffs last year, Jon Barry(Detroit). Unless the Cavs actually get a good draft this year, dont expect them to make the playoffs next year either...... yeah 10th place behind the 76ers is reeeeeeeeeeeeal close.....

?Carmelo has changed Denver more than Lebron has changed Cleveland. That?s why I think (Carmelo) should be Rookie of the Year. He?s a winner. He?s a player who does a lot of different things. He commands respect.?

?I love (Carmelo?s smile). It?s a reason why fans are coming out to see him. There?s a reason why the Denver community has embraced him. People are tired of players frowning. He?s brought a new freshness.?

?I think that Carmelo has meant more to his team and has taken his team to a whole ?nother level. That?s why we are all saying that right now.?

Carmelo has more PPG, RPG, a better FG%, FT%, 3P%, less Turnovers, and plays 3 less minutes than LeBron, in the NBA.

I would compare College stats, but LeBron wasnt smart enough to realize College ball can only help you, but anyways 'Melos numbers in 'Cuse were 22 ppg, 10 rpg, 2 apg, 2 spg, 45% FG, 33% FG, plus a National Championship.....

Waits for some dumb reason why people think LeBon is better, so i can say STOP RIDING HIS NUTS YOU FAGGETS!

    <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

    You're Done.

You bash Lebron more than you support melo. You dont have to put him down to pump up melo. Also, you dont know what could happen next year, and the cavs had a horrible start and were still in contention this year. They should grow from losing 12 of 13 (at least thats what I tell myself about the Wizards)

No one rides lebron's nuts, everyone talks in a pretty much non-biased way, you are the only nut-rider on here. No one bashes Melo like you do Lebron. If someone thinks hes better thats his opinion, if you think melo is thats yours. I think PP is the best 2 in the league. People may not agree, but its my opinion. do you know what an opinion is? its this little thing everyone has that you cant change by bringing up college stats or calling them names.

BTW, I dont want to get involved in this thread, not to deeply at least, but Mak, you do realize your argument about college is null. Melo only went to one year of school, which didnt help him out all that much, IMO, other than to get his name more well known Lebron had a chance to make money and went fo rit, but thats a whole nother topic.

Alright, we already have a melo-bron thread, its called Sacramento vs Denver. Lets move all of the tired whos better talk over there. I mean, the season is over, everyone has said their piece, lets talk about this after the award is handed out.

            That being said...

Denver is nowhere near infinitely better than Cleveland. Cleveland last year sucked yes, but Boozer is much better, Z produced, JR bremer (i know, im just listing names) Battie, Williams, Nailon, and Newble werent there last year. Denver is better, but only because the have 5 (barry, boykins, white, Doleac, Andersen) solid bench players to Clevelands 4 (Nailon (cued their winning streak earlier), Wagner, Williams, Battie). PLUS, Nuggets made PO in Bestern conference, Cavs couldnt make it in Leastern conference.

Also you cant say denver would still be in and cleveland wouldnt if they switched because you dont know what would've played out in the off season. Denver obviously wouldnt have gone after Andre miller with lebron in tow, and Ricky Davis might have been able to co-exist with a not so hyped star ala pierce. You just dont know.

Who is nailon? Is it lee nailon? Cause he plays for the hawks. And the fact that the cavaliers couldn't make the playoffs in the east would say that they are far worse than the nuggets. Cleveland only has lebron and boozer.

Still in contention? Its the EAST! everyone was in contention, after the Magic were 2-19 they still had a chance, winning 30-sumtin games in the East doesnt really impress anyone! There are just no facts that can support Lebron winning R.O.Y by himself. 'melo always wins, 'Bron doesnt........ I may hate Lebron, but hey i dont care if u guys are in love with him or not. All Hype. All Props. But No Playoffs!
