But what about Houston on the defensive end? He wouldn't be able to keep up with NJ on the break.

nor did anyone else on Saturday. To combat the fast break, you stop taking so many damn 3s and you only send 2-3 guys to the offensive boards. Doesn't hinge on one person.

Exactly, so how will Houston help? He shoots the 3s. And doesn't board. How does he help them?

    <hr /></blockquote><font class="post">

He doesn't miss 90% of them!! The problem on Saturday was that we had the wrong people shooting the long jumpers. I don't want to see Frank Williams shooting threes!

ic. Simple solution. Make your shots.

I heard that he isn't gonna come back till game 6 tho. Good luck to him on trying to make it back sooner.

Yup Game 6, but he did shoot around yesterday at practice. The article didn't say how mobile he was though.

Knicks aren't making it to Game 6. The Nets are just flat out better than the Knicks. And Marbury, while he may be the second-best PG in the NBA, is not much of a leader just yet. Maybe next year, he'll be able to help mould the Knicks into a better team, but right now, they just suck and they were lucky to make it into the playoffs.

Not all Marbury's fault, but from his play so far in Game 2 (admittedly early) I'm just not impressed. The Nets were already starting to break the game open, and Marbury just added to that with a foolish offensive foul. Nazr Mohammed didn't help matters either. And man, it seems like very few Knicks can actually HANDLE Marbury's passes.

                  There's gonna be a fight...real soon.

I have a feeling Kurt Thomas and KMart are gonna start swinging in awhile. This looks like it's gonna get ugly.

                        Pretty good 1st.

Marbury playing the way I thought he would in the 1st game. Nets are getting to the paint way too easy. Same play with RJ driving and handing off to Kenyon for the dunk. That shouldn't happen more than once a half.

                              Armstrong hit a three?

He's soooo deep on the bench, the announcer called him Brandon Anderson.
