LMAO! 37 first quarter points for us? The Knicks are ****ing terrible. I know guys don't want to recruit for us, but I need Jo or somebody to get in Melo's ear at some point today and say "hey bruh, you can take a little less to come here over the summer and the majority of this squad will be in tact."

Damn Noah rolled his ankle. It doesn't look serious though.

What's the deal with Amare not starting ? Seems like he could give them more at this point .

It's a shame that the Knicks had to come back and make the score somewhat respectable.

I was hoping to see some red and black JIMMERMANIA running wild in garbage time.

Vic: No Kenny, that's girl versus girl.
            Kenny: What's the difference?
Vic: Well, in one, one girl wins. In the other....

Raptors already lost game before it started. Ross out and Lowry playing injured. Doesn't help that they're facing a playoff team in the west.

I know I'm beating a dead horse, but how does Melo see this and not want to come here?? He'd be nuts to stay there.

lol, Raptors actually beat the Warriors! Didn't expect it to happen, especially with Ross injured. Defense really stepped up in 4th. Curry with 6 turnovers!

Despite the win, I'm still saying Raptors badly need another C. Bogut/Lee dominating the boards. 11 OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS between those 2 alone.

Jazz are out-rebounding the Pacers 24 to 14 in the first half so far. Kanter and Evans have a combined 12 rebounds off the bench, and Favors has 6 rebounds and 11 points.

I still want to see Kanter in the starting lineup alongside Favors. Maybe throw Burks in there as well, see what he can do as the primary scorer.

Durant looks like he hurt his ankle. Not the walk it off variety either.

EDIT: He looks alright now. Up and moving around. Walking it off.

Never underestimate how good/bad the Warriors could be lol. I didn't get to watch the game but I could probably guess how we lost. I imagine that our offense got stagnant and we tried going ISO a lot. Curry probably played most of the game, got tired then got sloppy at the end. And David Lee was probably exploited defensively but finished with big numbers. Is that right or did I miss something?

I know I'm in the minority here, or possibly even all on my own lol but I don't really think David Lee is quite the garbage defender he's labeled.. I don't think he's by any means what I would call a "good" defender but I don't think he's just amongst the worst the way people act..

When I see him play he seems to do a decent job rotating, he has decent foot and hand quickness and seems to play face up bigs pretty well.. I actually think he defended LA as good as I've seen anybody defend him this season. He holds his ground and doesn't bite on many fakes, and he's stout enough to not constantly get out-manned down low.

I think people just want him to be more than what he is.. He's not a shot blocker at all, but I do think he's a decent honest defender.. I think he knows his limitations, he knows he isn't going to block many shots.. And I think he does a good job of holding good position rather than lunging for blocks and probably fouling the shooter.. He just plays the miss and if it is a miss he usually snags the rebound..

I don't think with him it's a lack of effort or a lack of defensive awareness and ability.. I just feel people want him to be a more traditional type of defender who's great in hedges like Bosh or great defending the basket like Ibaka.. Realistically he just isn't long enough or athletic enough to ever be that type of defender.. But for what he is, I think he's actually pretty solid..

Idk, just my thoughts.. I don't get the he's a horrible defender vibe when I watch him.. And really if GS could become a little better on the perimeter defensively and not let anyone and everyone into the lane I don't think Lee would appear to be as bad as he's labeled. But he's been in that type of situation the majority of his career so..

From what I've seen, he's a lot better defensively when Bogut is playing alongside him.

Which definitely makes sense because Bogut is a pretty good defender and rim protector..

It seems to me that Lee gets in good position to help but he just isn't long enough and athletic enough to really keep a guard from dumping it to his man or a good enough shot blocker to really be a threat to a pull up or floater..

Just using Garnett as a comparison he always had those long quick arms, to where if he left his man to help he still made it difficult for the guard to hit his man.. Lee just doesn't have that luxury really..

But just individually I really don't think he's just horrible.
