Not gonna happen. And its a shame that no matter how hard Artest tries to do good, he still gets dicked around by the league. Are they gonna suspend Richard Jefferson too?

RJ will not be susended

RJ only took like one step, Artest took some 5 or 6. It is unfair, but a violation of the rule none the less. It is kind of ironic he will be suspended the game the DPOY will be handed out

Eh.. this is [censored].. yes, a rule is a rule.. but I don`t think Artest was going out there w/ bad intentions.. he said he was going out there to prefent an altercation and make sure tempers didn`t flare.. so, why can`t he go out there and make sure O`Neal doesn`t do anything stupid.. it`s obvious Artest changed for the better.. the NBA just stuck it to himm though.. and it was funny that the Celtics coach, who`s name slips my mind, was pushing for the suspension, knowing his team can`t beat the Pacers.

So, a rule is a rule.. whether you take one step or six.. therefore.. to be air and enforce the rule, Richard Jerfferson should be suspended too.. it doesn`t matter how many steps he took.. he broke the rule.

I'm sure this rule wasn't just pulled out of thin air. There must have been some bad brawls that brought this rule to place. Hell, if any team has ever been a victim of this rule, its been the Knicks. I can't count how many times this happened in the playoffs to my boys. At least LJ was smart enough to pick a fight with Alonzo that one time.
