Really nice find by Hayward, but man Trey is clutch as hell. He was 2 for 12 in the game until the final 5 minutes of the game, but then he shot 3 for 3 including the game winner.

Cleveland won! Raptors magic number down to 2 and can clinch as early as Tuesday night!

Yeesh, Dirk and Monta were not good in the clutch tonight against the Nets. Too bad too, wasted a really nice effort from Dalembert: 11 points, 14 rebounds and 7(!) blocks. Really clutch performance by Joe Johnson down the stretch too, which is to be expected really.

Because it's such a rare thing for Raptors in the past decade to have. All an average NBA player can tell you about the Raptors is Carter,McGrady and Bosh stuff and that's it. The more exposure Raptors can get in USA, the better it might be for them in terms of attracting players to play for them, cause it always seems like if they ever try to get some player, they need to educate them so much on the city and franchise history, though if a city like Miami,New York,Philly or something wanted to get someone, the player knows all about their history and stuff already.

Not really a coverage issue though..more of a lack of history issue.

Casual fans would just say "Mourning, Wade, and LeBron" for the Heat..all those major cities have 50+ years of history with great players, Toronto just hasn't. And neither has Miami really.

Dalembert out there giving his best Mutumbo impression last night lol.

Big win for the Nets last night especially considering how they looked for much of the game. And like you said, Joe showing up big down the stretch as usual for us.

And for all the flak/jokes that Kidd got in the first 2 months of the season(which some were deserved considering how bad we looked)since Jan 1, he's been a completely different Coach. Most importantly, he has a system in place which is something we couldn't have said last year due to the eneptness of Averah/PJ, the Defense has improved leaps and bounds and has placed a huge emphasis on player development/giving guys opportunities. And for all that he deserves big props for weathering the storm and fighting thru the struggles.

Nets and Rockets the two most improved teams since the begining of the season. It's been really spectacular for the nets.

And funny to hear Pacer fans talking about them struggling, yet they still have above .600 record since all star break! .600 is struggling? Seriously.....It's better than 2/3 of the league!

Funny thing to see...6 of the top 11 teams since the break are from the east.

Funny thing to see...6 of the top 11 teams since the break are from the east.

It is struggling for a team that had a winning percentage of over 80 in January. We were 33-7 in the first 40 games. Have gone 18-12 in the last 30. That's nearly doubling the losses in 10 less games played.

I don't know why you guys think I'm crazy or am being unrealistic here. The games speak for themselves. Even in those 18 wins, only 5 were Playoff teams(2 being the sub .500 Atlanta Hawks).

I'm not saying the Pacers are doomed or something. This team is too together and talented for that. I think we'll get it together, but it needs to happen soon.
