Those numbers weren't for his rookie year. They were just his numbers for his first year as a starter in Cleveland. In his 5th year in the L. Comparing a rookie's numbers right out of high school to a 5th year guy who finally got minutes is not a comparison that should be made at all.

Ricky's got skillz, but you can't just go blindly looking at numbers from seasons. Ricky averaged about 4.6 ppg his first 3 years, then 11.7 in his first in Cle. And after his 20.6 ppg year, he has averaged about 14.6 ppg.

I wasn't comparing Davis and James to see who is the better player. I was just saying, no one said anything about Davis' season in Cleveland, and everyone says "oh he is selfish", "not a good player", but he put up almost exactly the same numbers of one of the better players in this league.

Well, all the other stuff is cool but this dude still has not shown me any kind of ability to go left in this whole series. Even when he's getting forced left, he tries to go right, lol. He tries to go right every single time. If he goes left, he cant take more than like 1 dribble then he picks it up.

I head him interviewed today on ESPN or something and he sounded like a whiner there mostly. Saying how their (boston) bench is terrible, and when he goes out of the game they have no chance.

ITS THE TRUTH! Have you even watched their games? Besides banks and davis, who is gonna score on their bench? Chris Mihm is the worst backup C in the league. If Ricky Davis's jumper isnt falling the Celtics are done when he goes out. Just look at game 2, he goes out while the score is 33-35 Pacers. when he comes back, the Pacers have already gone on an 18-3 run (or something like that). The Celtics havent been close in any of the games because pierce has picked up 2 fouls in the first and has had to sit down. The team is so bad they shouldnt be in the postseason.

riiight.....I dont know what comstitutes means, but I assume you meant constitutes. I correct you because I really couldnt find anything else to type about a post that made no sense. He just said the same thing that analysts and commentators have said the whole series. Stuff like that is supposed to inspire their bench, its part of leadership, shows what you know.
