    Re: All-Rookie Team

I agree with the Co-ROY call.

And I also agree about his crazy fanboyism.

First of all, your All-Rookie 1st Team doesn't make sense. Just because TJ, Howard, and Haslem made the playoffs doesn't mean that they should be in there. Those who get there had great statistical seasons while making some favorable impact with their team. TJ might've been 1st team over Hinrich had he not been injured, Howard is definitely helping out Dallas but his rookie season isn't comparable to LeBron or Melo or Wade etc., and Haslem, same as Howard.

LeBron not making the playoffs doesn't have any merit on him being in the 1st team. So let's say the Nuggets didn't make the playoffs, based on your picks, Melo should be in the 2nd team or something but you'll probably leave him at 1st. I'm a Melo fan just like you but your fanboyism....... Take the shades off and accept that Bron is just as good or even better than Melo. All this hatin' for no good reason at all is immature.

Also, for me ROY should've been Co-ROY with Melo/Bron but that wasn't allowed. That doesn't diminish what Melo has done his rookie season. Look at Magic Johnson, Bird won ROY but he turned out more than alright. 5 to 3.

Not to get on Melo, but he went 1-16 last night against the Wolves for 2 points. He also got 8 boards, 1 assist, 1 steal, adn 4 turnovers.

On the good note, Makaveli would be extremely happy. Carmelo Anthony went down in the record books last night and joined some elite company for.......

Being one of five players to ever average 20 points in the season, and shoot less than 10% in a playoff game. So congradulations Makaveli, your boy has done something that many players in the NBA have never acheived.
