Don't know how Mark Jackson went the whole game without calling a timeout until the 4th quarter.

Nope. There was a recent update and he's still a long way off.

            Prior to tonight...

Since Jan. 1, the Nets have put together perhaps the greatest turnaround in NBA history. They were 11 games below .500 before January but are 29-12 in 2014. No team in NBA history entered January at 10 or more games under .500 and went on to post a winning percentage of .600 after December, according to ESPN Stats and Info.

The Nets have a .707 winning percentage after December.
Bump that up to 30-12 since Jan. 1 and in addition to that, they've won 14 straight at home(which is now a Franchise record as of tonight) and haven't lost at home since Jan. 31 to OKC, they've defeated every team in the west including the top 8 teams out there(with the exception of Portland)at least once and they've been a top 10 defensive team in this time span.

I don't know how far this team is going and I don't think they'll win a championship this year...but based on what I've seen from them since the beginning of 2014 to now, I'd take this team against any team in the playoffs.

              Since January 1st:
              Nets,Bulls,Raptors are a combined 88-43
              Heat,Pacers,Spurs are a combined 87-42

Really though, Nets and Bulls really going off in 2014 and it sucks to see from Raptors perspective cause Raptors have been mostly the same since January, while Nets/Bulls both seem to be improving more and more and beating the top teams while Raptors are struggling even against bad teams(but still coming out on top)

And speaking of the Spurs...if they win 20+ games, will this be the first season in pro sports history that a 20+ game win streak and 20+ game losing streak happened in same season?

The Mavs are about to be sick for missing out on the playoffs

They are definitely worthy though. Lucky for them the Grizz and Suns have tough schedules to close too.

I'd love to see how many close games, games that were within 5 for either team in the last two minutes, the Mavs have lost this season. It's just insane.

Thought O'Neal goaltended there at the end on Monta's shot, but the refs were scared to call much of anything all night so I'm not surprised. Can't even be mad at that Curry shot, Calderon played about as good of defense as you can expect from him.

I think the playoff race is gonna come down who can win the games they're supposed to win. I think Golden State is probably going to pull away a bit along with Portland and its gonna come down to Phoenix, Memphis and Dallas. Those teams are probably going to win some games against tough competition and lose some games, but I think whoever takes care of business in games they should win, because they all have games they should win, will go to the playoffs. And unfortunately, I have a bad feeling it won't be the Mavs.

The Knicks were 11-5 in March.

The Raptors were 6-12 before Rudy Gay trade

It's always crazy to realize just how much that trade helped them out. Gay leaving meant Ross comes in to fill his role and Raptors added 4 bench guys to their depth(and those guys, next to Hansbrough, are really the only ones even used by Raptors coming off the bench).

Don't see them having this success next year, especially if Lowry doesn't stay, but even if he does, they need to do some things to fix the team(get a backup C and unload Fields/Hayes contracts)

Warriors have a very favorable schedule still ahead so yea I wouldn't put them in danger of missing the playoffs. For the last 3 teams it just might come down to who has the easiest schedule ahead. All 3 of them are playoff caliber teams but only 2 can make. Should make for an interesting finish.
