                  Re: SA/LA III

This is how I saw game 4...

The Spurs couldn't get into transition that much because the Lakers shot very well from the field. Speed and getting out on the break is an advantage that the Spurs took advantage of in the first two games and were unable in the last two games.

Spurs perimeter players aren't preforming as well as the first two games. They did make 8 3's this game but most of them were made in the first half of the game. Can Turkolu and Bowen hit a shot that is not a three?

Nesterovic doesn't have a clue on offense. If it were up to me I wouldn't even guard him if he is at the top of the key. I'm not sure what is wrong with Horry. I thought he would've at least sucked Malone out of the paint. It is interesting to note that the Spurs aren't fronting the post as much as they did in the first two games.

Spurs failure to come out of halftime and preform is a big issue. Being outscored 31-16 is unsat.

The Lakers bench has to contribute a few points. I held my breath when the Lakers only had one of their stars on the floor.

If the Spurs get back to their transition game, hit their open three's throughout the game and don't commit turnovers, I think the Lakers will have a hard time in game 5.

I can't stand the Lakers, but it looks as if they woke up. This series has an eery feeling to the 2002 Western Conference Finals. I see San Antonio winning Game 5 and then losing the last two. The Lakers look as if they finally woke up.
