Thinking LeBron could really leave...
If the Suns' roster was in the East, I feel like it would be a no brainer. As it is, it still should be a no brainerComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
So just thinking. Carmelo will be in LA tomorrow for his meeting with the Lakers. Bulls are meeting Pau in LA tomorrow a face to face they specifically requested Wednesday for Thursday. Chances they try to make contact with Melo after his Laker meeting to discuss news about Pau and bringing them both in?

As far as Broussard goes, it's hard for me to believe that dude is still employed. He has to have some photos of an ESPN bigwig in a compromising positionComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
There's better options than Melo and Pau landing in Chicago together with that core? I'm not talking about Pau replacing Taj. There's a scenario where they keep Taj and sign Pau to a two, three year deal at most. Pau is 34 man, ain't nobody looking at him for a long term plan. Come on 23

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
He's a restricted FA now after the Suns extended his qualifying offer. But I'll be happy if we can land either him, Ariza, Sefolosha or Marion- basically anyone that can take off the defensive assignment of LeBron guarding the opponent's best perimter player.Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
I don't think Miles was signed to replace Lance... And if that's the case then that is a joke we might as well just start rebuilding.
As for CJ he's been improving the last couple years, particularly his shooting. He would be good off the bench IMO.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
What is this I'm waking up to? The Bulls just by getting rid of Boozer can sign Melo and then either sign Pau or trade for Love?
Melo do the right thing and go to Chicago. This is what Thibs needs to get a chip. The Buzz is Back in the Queen City. Cho........I have no idea what you are going to do in this draft man.Comment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
The original thought of getting Melo was supposed to leave them with a very very low salary to work with as far as obtaining a bench after that. I don't see how they can afford him.
And if they amnesty Boozer, I don't see who on their roster that Minny would actually trade Love for.
