Athletes need carbs though so he'll cycle back on in the season.

BTW Durant has been offered 30 million a year to sign with under Armour and he cancelled his Nike visit. His Nike contract is up.

How soon would he leave Nike? That would be huge loss for them if Durant goes to UA.

They'd still be fine as long as Kobe's stuff keeps moving and obviously LeBron. Harden would probably start getting pushed more by them.

Eh, I don't have any objections. I'm sure Pops and them know what they're doing.

That's definitely true. Pops isn't going to let anyone mess with her.

If she comes at them with a more calming approach, my guess is she should be fine, but if she comes at these guys kinda stand-offish, it might cause some friction.

Good for Becky, she's been around the team for a while...has a high BBIQ...I wish her the best.

Don't know if you guys knew, but a woman Natalie Nakase was a coach for one of the Summer League teams this year.

I'm guessing you're trying to tread lightly but I really can't figure out why you'd have a problem with it. What am I missing?

I can understand what he's trying to get at. Some of the guys may have an issue with a woman coming in and telling them what to do. If she has to be aggressive about getting a point across they may not take her seriously or not like being challenged by a chick.

I don't think it'd be a problem and certainly not coming out of that locker room. Maybe if this was like the Kings locker room or something, but not in San Antonio.

Pops reaction would be priceless if players started disrespecting a coach because shes a woman.

That said, its the Spurs. If there was any organization that I think would handle this correctly it would be San Antonio.
