Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
I would start Jackson, Westbrook, Lamb.. None of them are slouches defensively and they will have Ibaka, Perkins/Adams behind them anyways. That trio could pack a punch offensively.

I really don't get the love for Lamb at all. He's never really been more than an average at best scorer and he's lazy in every other aspect of the game. I would easily play Morrow over him. At least he gives you elite shooting.
Edit: lol my bad. Didn't take the time to read the part where morrow got hurt.NFL: Bills

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
Even if Morrow is healthy, yeah he's good from beyond the arc but he's been ridiculously bad at everything else that doesn't require shooting the ball. Looked like the same exact player I watched when he was a Net.
If it came down starting either Lamb or Morrow, I'd go with Lamb. Always thought he was a good rotational player and nothing more.#RespectTheCultureComment

27,5,and 8 for Westbrook until KD comes back. His shooting % might not be sky high but he will be out to prove he can lead his own teamComment

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
As Kawhi Leonard holds firm on his desire for a maximum contract, extension talks with the San Antonio Spurs have failed to gather traction despite a looming Friday deadline, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
Leonard, the 2014 NBA Finals Most Valuable Player, would become a restricted free agent in July without an extension agreement by midnight Oct. 31 – the deadline for eligible extensions for the NBA's draft class of 2011.
Spurs president and general manager R.C. Buford and agent Brian Elfus have had several discussions in recent weeks, but no progress has been made, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Didn't expect Kawhi to push for a max deal, tbh
Interesting.
They might as well just give it to him now so that they at least lock him in for that 5th year instead of matching whatever terms he gets from other teams.Last edited by Yeah...THAT Guy; 10-27-2014, 09:20 AM.NFL: Bills

Kawhi getting the max? Hmmm.. At least now everyone can shut up on how defensive minded guys never see the value offensive minded guys do.

Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread
I don't think Kawhi is a max player but he'll probably end up getting one just because. This isn't a knock against him at all BTW.#RespectTheCultureComment
