He cant pass, he cant play D, he doesnt rebound, he doesnt do dirty work, cant really create his own shot. Hmmm, lets see, Artest and Pierce for the most part can do all those things and more. Hell, so can Marion. I mean, Artest was just torching Caron Butler and Lamar Odom who are supposed to be pretty good defenders. I mean, if Peja's not hitting 3's, what the hell does he do? lol. i'd take Artest over Peja in a heartbeat if im Sac-town.

everyone says they play no D, but put Artest and Christie on a team together.

think Kobe can beat them having to go at those two all night?

pick & roll with bibby/webber all day. and Artest can score, i don't think there's a stronger SF/SG/PG in the league than Artest. i'm a Heat fan and watched Artest thoroughly take Butler and Odom to the whole whenever he felt like it. and they can play D, and Butler is pretty strong...

all i'm sayin' is if Peja was on the Pacers instead of Artest, Miami would've won 4-2 instead of the other way around...

I would take Artest over Peja in a heartbeat. People look at him as a defensive player only bet he has improved greatly on offense. If you put Trenton Hassel on Artest he would still get his points in the post, medium range jumpers,etc. Hassel forced Peja to drive and it pretty much shut him down.

As far as Webber goes, I know he was playing hurt and played reasonably well last night but he missed a crucial lay-up. Your best player has to make that play in game seven. I sound like Kenny Smith. I guess I have been watching too much Inside the NBA.
