Kobe Speculation

I know this is a bit soon but knowing how Kobe threads become big business I will start this now.

I was listening to the radio today and one of the hosts was talking about how the Lakers are a very fractious team. Kobe doesn't get along with Phil and Kobe also has heat with Shaq. The host was saying that Kobe believes he doesn't get the respect he thinks he deserves when it comes to the Lakers' success. He then made this interesting (tho unlikely) bit of speculation. He said that Kobe would love to win a championship by leading a team. He then said that Kobe would love to win a championship by leading "drumroll" the LA Clippers.

First of all this is pure speculation and secondly I don't think the Clippers would ever open up the bank but it would sure make a lot of headlines if that happened.

Thoughts? Opinions? your own speculation?

It would be what Kobe wants all the shots. He will have a decent supporting cast with Brand and Maggette. He might just be saying this to get the Lakers to spend all their money on him but he will probably go where the money is.

If Kobe is there, Maggette and/or Brand probably won't be. No way Lakers would let him go without a sign and trade.

If he goes where the money is, then he will be with Atlanta, which i doubt ANY star player would end up there. So....

He could end up a lot of places.

LAC, LAL, PHX, IND, ORL, HOU, MEM, ATL.

For some reason, I can see him in Phoenix.
