Anyone got ideas for some of the better coaches in this off-season?
I can't think of many with NBA experience right now. I'm basically looking at it from a Lakers standpoint. George Karl works well with offense and I think he can really get Gary involved (Gary is most likely staying if the triangle is leaving). The only thing about George Karl may not get the type of respect from the players that Phil got.
The only man that I can think of that demands as much respect as Phil inside a locker room is . . . none other than the creator of Showtime, Pat Riley. But that's a longshot condisering that he's pretty much set with the Heat organization.
I really wanted Byron Scott, just in case Phil was going to leave, but he's taken. Can't think of anymore coaches. Any suggestions Laker fans?
