Well this comes on the heels of the nba getting the NO from rip and BEN.
Not exactly a warm welcome and hopefully he accepts with class at this point. I understand how his interests could be concerned about the olympic snuff - so much of a players image is made early on in their careers. If a player isn't cast a goldenboy by year 2 their is much less chance for him to be an elite endorsemant man. Melo put up the numbers and narrowly missed ROY from the HUGE story that is Lebron. Now he just needs to be careful to not turn off too many people. Hopefully he will bring back a gold and all will be forgotten.Comment
