There's a difference between Elton Brand and the majority of Duke players taken.

Elton Brand (besides his height) had a pro-body in college. He was a legit rebounder in college and had inside game.

The rest of these kids are fluff. Pretty boy fluff with their stupid hand signals at Cameron Indoor.

Thanks to RoSHiJETS10, I forgot about Maggette, Battier and Boozer. What about those guys? What makes them different from other Duke players.

What I'm getting at is what's so different about Duke bust than any other bust players? Yes. Duke players have high expectations but a lot of big schools who have a number of players going into the league have bust players.

For example, take North Carolina. With all of the Vince Carters, Rasheed Wallaces and Antwan Jamisons you also have the Joseph Fortes, Shammond Williams and Ed Cotas along with these players.

Ah, I remember who Ariza is now. UCLA played against St. John's this year and the commentators were raving about his future.

                  He's future as a collegian.

He looked rough around the edges. Only a freshman. With DeMarr Johnson probably staying, Ariza most likely won't make the roster. They have the same physique but DeMarr's game is more refined (which is saying alot).

Pickett would've been a better pick to back up ailing Allan.

                  Damn Isaiah.

No one could've predicted that Boozer would've had such a strong presence. He rarely shot outside of 2 feet at Duke.

I wouldn't compare Maggette, Battier and Boozer to Vince Carter, Sheed, Jamison, etc. It's not even close.

Chris Duhon couldn't have been picked this high based on skill level and we're talking about 38 as if that's high.
